Q - Do you ship internationally?

A - Yes! I am based in the UK and ship worldwide. The most popular international countries are the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

Q - How long does shipping take?

A - I try to dispatch orders the same day or next but during busier times this can go up to 2-3 days. Shipping within the UK is 1-3 days delivery and International orders vary between 8-12 working days. These are not a guarantee but the service used (Royal Mail) is usually very reliable.

Q - Where is my tracking number?

A - If you have provided an email with your order and you paid for the tracking service then you should receive an email with the tracking number and link. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation emails.

Q - My order is late. Why hasn't tracking updated?

A - Sometimes there are unforeseen delays within the shipping services. Usually this is due to hold ups at customs and they do eventually move on and arrive at the final destination. If 30 days pass from dispatch date please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try to resolve the issue.


Q - What days do you dispatch orders?

A -  We dispatch orders daily; Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday. We do not dispatch on Bank Holidays.
